Six-Axis Swiss-Style Turning Machine

The company announces the introduction of its new ML26H six-axis, Swiss-style CNC turning center. This model features a 26 mm bar capacity. Also featured on this machine is simultaneous front and back end machining, full C-axis of the main spindle and 5-degree spindle locking for heavy milling. The ML26H also contains three cross working station, one off center drilling station, four end working stations, five turning stations and seven backworking stations. Also, a full contouring sub-spindle, parts catcher, parts conveyor and a Fanuc 18iTA control are standard equipment. The 7.5-hp spindle motor and rigid 6,500-lb casting allow for material removal. Complex parts can be machined complete in one operation, insuring quality and eliminating the need for secondary operations.
