There are pre-defined measurements that come ready-to-use, as well as the ability to add or customize new measurements. Users also have the ability to bring in non-JobBoss data for measurement.
With this software's capability, JobBoss 8.2 can set up e-mail alerts to notify staff of such items as value limits, or when pre-defined trends or conditions become out of range. The scorecard even uses Microsoft Excel, which makes it easily customizable and able to pull data from any number of data sources, including QuickBooks and Quality Toolkit. Users are able to define tolerance ranges and customize what information is tracked. This data is automatically refreshed allowing users to keep on top of their business.
