The software also introduces the 2.5D Solids module, which is said to address the machining needs of manufacturing companies dealing with the growing amount of 2.5D solid models created by mainstream CAD systems. It also provides support for the latest versions of CAD systems.

Automatic feature recognition of compound holes has been integrated with Hole Wizard, which is said to enhance the speed of hole programming. The Profiler is said to enable interactive feature selection and can be used to define profiles or select the surfaces that make up features.
