These specialty precision-formed inserts feature a single cutting face that is designed to be used in multiples to cut precise multiple grooves with a single plunge. The inserts are custom made from a customer's design or requirements and are precision-ground to meet the exacting contours, groove width and depth, and tolerances required. The inserts are available in sizes from 3/8" IC to 5/8" IC, in carbide or HSS, and coated, uncoated or diamond-tipped, and are designed to groove, cut or face groove virtually all non-ferrous and ferrous metals, including stainless steel and cast metals.
