Stainless Bars Include Nickel Alloys
The Ugima XL stainless bar product line has expanded to include nickel alloy bars and free-machining stainless wires (escomatic quality). The product line allows for savings through extended tool life and cycle time reductions, according to the company.
The company's malleable oxides have been used in this new line that break down at machining temperatures to coat the abrasive oxides found in stainless steel and provide longer tool life, the company says.
