Almco’s PWRB9-36EU aqueous parts washer is designed for precision cleaning of large metal parts and large batches of smaller parts. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, the unit features a compact, U-bend design to enable a single operator to load and unload parts from one location. Other features include rinse and blow-off capabilities and modular construction, which facilitates adding various stages as-needed to suit user requirements. 

 

A 9"-wide, flat-wire belt carries individual parts or batches of parts through the system. Parts are cleaned with a heated solution that is sprayed from adjustable nozzles at the top, bottom and sides of the 36"-long cleaning chamber. Built-in cyclonic filtration equipment recycles liquids for reuse and for environmentally safe disposal of solid particles and floating matter.
