Ingersoll's integral collet tooling connects to the company's Hi-PosMicro indexable end mills and chip-surfer solid carbide tipped tooling lines. Worn tooling can be replaced on a machine in seconds with 0.0005" axial and radial repeatability. This tooling is said to increase productivity with higher feed rates, better finishes and longer tool life.

The economy and higher feed rates of the indexable Hi-PosMicro end mill tips allow shops to exceed previous throughput at lower costs. The versatility and range of Chip-Surfer tips complete tooling requirements while offering premium carbide grades and coatings to be applied to the largest range of materials.

Cutter diameters range from 0.250" to 2". Medium- and high-density versions are designed to expand application options.
