Two Parallel Drill Programs

Available in four versions, each with a geometry suited to customers requirements, the CrazyDrill, is a small drill for demanding requirements. Used where large series, multiple drillings per workpiece and difficult conditions are the norm, these drills are available from stock in diameters ranging from 0.4 mm to 6 mm (in 0.5 mm-increments) and lengths of 2X diameter to 15X diameter. The MiquDrill line, offers quality for small- and medium-batch quantities and minimal holes per workpiece. Three types of drills are available—center drills from 0.5-mm to 6-mm diameters that center for small drilling diameters starting at 0.1 mm, while simultaneously performing a 90° or 120° chamfer. The short drill MiquDrill 200 drills holes of approximately 2X diameter to 3X diameter. As a pilot drill, it guarantees the precise execution with the MiquDrill 210, for example, and it achieves the precision needed in deeper hole drillings. Both drills were designed for micro-machining and are available uncoated in diameters as small as 0.1 mm and coated diameters as small as 0.3 mm. The short drill product line is offered in 0.01-mm increments as large as 1.5 mm in diameter, while the universal MiquDrill 210 product line is available in increments from 0.01 mm to 2 mm, and subsequently in every 0.05 mm to the maximum diameter of 3 mm.
