The Pro 6030LT ultrasonic cleaning system from Pro Ultrasonics features a 240-gal tank capacity with an automatic lift table to raise and lower parts weighing as much as 500 lbs. The all-stainless steel system offers adjustable ultrasonic power of 4 × 1,800 w (7,200 w total) with sweep function and 40-kHz dual-bonded transducers.
Other features include a dual filtration system, sparger with built-in weir for oil removing/surface skimming, overflow tank, low-liquid-level protection, leveling devices, programmable controls for the ultrasonic cleaning cycle, a seven-day programmable heat timer, digital temperature controller, insulated tank for faster heat-up and energy savings, and heavy-duty locking casters.
