Baron-Blakeslee’s Lab-Kleen ultrasonic vapor degreasing systems are designed for limited-scale processing of small parts, particularly in laboratory, research and development, or clean room environments. Single- and dual-tank models are available, with solvent capacity ranging from 3 to 5 gal. They are NESHAP-exempt and designed for low-emission operation.
The company’s Lab-Koat systems also are based on the Lab-Kleen unit and are designed to apply PTFE dispersion coatings to medical devices and precision parts, while conserving carrier fluid. A programmable material handling system also is available to provide automatic processing for both systems.
