The Microgage 2000 linear universal alignment kit can precisely measure and realign rolls and web systems, uneven travel on CNC machine tools, extrusion casing and poorly aligned bore tubes.

The alignment system consists of a four-axis laser mount combined with the Microgage laser for pointing, adjustment and positioning. A compact electronic receiver catches the laser light anywhere along the beam path, and the display provides a digital readout of the alignment accurate to 0.0005". A right angle attachment allows the laser beam to be redirected for squareness and parallelism measurements, and other mounting accessories are available.
