The company offers a range of Feeler machines that feature extensive engineering by Methods, including vertical machining centers with a linear guideway design. The VMP series models offer 580 to 1,100-mm X-axis travels, and the HV Series will be offered in 800 or 1,000-mm X-axis travels. The company’s CNC lathes/turning centers have a linear guideway design: FTC series models are offered with 6" and 8" chucks. The HT-30 Series is available in three configurations: HT-30MC, a power milling turret machine; HT-30Y, configured with a power milling turret and a Y axis; and HT-30SY, configured with a power milling turret, Y axis and a subspindle.

The company’s double column bridge-style machining centers are offered in standard or high speed. The FV Series, available in X-axis travels starting at 2,160 mm and ranging to 7,200 mm and Y-axis ranging from 1,400 to 4,000 mm.

The company’s boring mill models include the ultra high precision, FBM series, available with 110-mm or 130-mm quill, as much as 4,200-mm, X-axis travel. The FBM, R series boring mills feature a built-in, fully programmable rotary table in 0.001-degree increments.
