Abtex Corporation has introduced a compact, wet Tri-Ten planetary head deburring system in return-to-operator (RTO) configuration.In a single pass, this system deburrs both sides of flat parts as large as 4.5” indiameter.

Abtex Corporation has added 2” wide composite hub, radial wheel, fiber abrasive deburring brushes to its line of standard brushes. These additions supplement the company’s 1” and ½” radial wheel brushes.

Bradex composite hub fiber abrasive radial wheel brushes were developed for applications requiring high filament density. Higher filament density increases the brush's aggression, reduces part cycling time and extends brush life. Abrasive fibers are embedded across the surface of the indestructible core.

Designed for deburring and other finishing operations in extrusion, automotive and appliance plants, the company’s fiber abrasive disc brushing tools can also be used in fineblanking and other industries. Outside diameters range from 2. 38" to 48," with a standard trim length of 1”.
