| Ebbcos Pyramid of Sucess |
Since 1983, Ebbco Inc. has evolved from a Detroit based industrial distributor dealing in fluid filters of all types, to a leading international company with a market focus on the metalworking industry. Ebbco's extensive North American distribution newtowk and working directly with OEM's, keep initial acquisition costs low. As our company has evolved, it has become clear that the three elements of primary importance to us are our customers, our employees and our suppliers. First and foremost, Ebbco's goal is to supply our customers with state of the art, innovative metalworking filtration products that are easy to use and cost effective. One our primary strengths is to determine what the industry needs and to engineer our products to meet those needs. It is management's policy to solicit input from all employees in the process of manufacturing and distributing products to our industry. With an eye to excellence, management openly encourages all employees to further their education in their selected field, whether it be professional or technical. The third element of our pyramid of excellence is identifying and maintaining quality vendors and products. Ebbco works closely with all of its vendors developing specifications for the products we purchase. Ebbco also develops and patents new technologies for our vendors to utilize in the manufacture of our products. It is of paramount importance that our relationship with our vendors is mutually beneficial. This partnership of our customers, employees and vendors has produced the market leader that Ebbco is today.
Ebbco inc. is a full service design and build manufactuer of metalworking filtration since 1983. Ebbco has developed filtration systems for multiple industries such as EDM, Waterjet, Precision Machining, Coolant Clarification, Grinding and Stone working.

Filtration for The Stone Cutting Industry -
Ebbco Inc designs & manufactures water delivery filtration systems for the stone fabrication industry. Allowing you to choose the water clarity necessary for your application
Ebbco's Wire EDM Filtration provides a clean submerged work tank while cutting and can lengthen the life of your OEM cartridges.
Abrasive Removal for Waterjet -
Ebbco's Abrasive Removal System allows you to stop shoveling your waterjet catch tank.
Ebbco offers a Carbide recycling program. Turn your carbide sludge into cash.
Ebbcos Evolution series Precision Machining Filtration now features a High-Volume Prefilter for Tool Steel.
Garnet/Abrasive Removal System For Waterjet
The abrasive removal system, Garnet Removal System, which is designed to continuously remove exhausted abrasive garnet that collects in a waterjet catch tank, eliminates cleanout downtime and maximizes production.
System selection is based on square footage of the waterjet catcher tank and its number of cutting heads. Now available in eight standard models/sizes, the system can be adapted to any abrasive waterjet cutting machine.
Coolant Filter System
The Sludge Masters Coolant Filter System is designed to extend coolant life by preventing the accumulation of contaminants anywhere in the system. Available models range from flush rates of 20 gpm to 250 gpm of clean coolant provided to the machine and combine the circulation, filtration and evacuation process into a continuous coolant management system that has few moving parts.
The system has media-free filtration, so it is virtually maintenance free.
Filtration System For Precision Machining
The Ebbco Evolution series is a metalworking filtration system designed for precision machining cutter-grinder applications of carbide, tool steel, PCD and ceramics. This system conditions coolants and oils down to 1 micron, while controlling temperature to avoid thermal distortion.
Features of the product include a high-capacity cartridge filter vessel that uses five filter cartridges that can hold as much as 30 lbs of carbide sludge each; a chiller that incorporates a digital temperature controller, which includes an ambient tracking device; a filter service beacon that flashes to indicate filter change-out; a vertical seal-less filter pump; filter baskets; and an available used cartridge Tungsten carbide recycling program.
