Wherever metal is cut in production, there are chips. They are trapped in all the grooves and corners and impair the working order of the chucks. In addition, this contamination also has an adverse influence on the precision of automatic and unsupervised workpiece holder changes. EROWA 72 holders offer the optimal solution for autonomous production. The use of EROWA 72 holders and chuck covers provides maximum protection against the penetration of dirt and chips into the EROWA ITS table chucks. They offer security and precision in daily use. EROWA 72 holders are compatible with all EROWA ITS chucks, are easily automated and are prepared for the EROWA EWIS identification chip. The chuck covers will provide optimal protection against contamination even in extreme conditions.

EROWA Technology introduces the versatile ITS Chuck 100P. Erowa’s proven 0.002mm repeatability and 4 x 90 degree indexable design makes this a great addition to the Integrated Tooling System family. There are a variety of seals available to allow this chuck to be submerged in a WEDM, subjected to dielectric fluids or in the harsh environment of the powdered metal industry. This chuck allows the palletization of up to a 170 x 170 x 170mm workpieces to move through the different manufacturing processes of your shop. Some of the key features of the ITS Chuck 100P are its low profile design, ease of use in an automation set up and that it can be operated manually or automatically.
