Accu-Lube’s specialty band sawing nozzle for minimum quantity lubrication (MQL), the RL-Nozzle, is more compact that previous models and features better spray performance for superior lubrication application, the company says. A line of lubricants from Metal Mates (a brand name of ITW Rocol) is specifically engineered for use on AHSS, advanced high-strength steels and difficult drawing, stamping, piercing and flanging applications. The VS-HSS, OVS-HSS or HDP-HSS lubricants are available and vary depending on the severity of forming application and grade, and the thickness of the AHSS.

Rustlick Ultracut AL is a water-soluble oil formulated for aluminum to prevent staining during the machining process. It can be used with metals, including ferrous, nonferrous, brass, bronze and copper, though it is not use on magnesium.

Accu-Lube LB4600 is a natural, environmentally safe metalworking lubricant recommended for MQL operations in a nonferrous machining process. This lubricant's chemistry provides superior lubricity required for and machining of aluminum in near-dry, MQL operations, according to the company. The base oil of Accu-Lube LB4600 is made from renewable vegetable resources and no mineral oil.

ITW Rocol's food grade lubricant, Accu-Lube FG-2000, which is a natural/vegetable based, environmentally safe metalworking oil recommended  for use in medical applications requiring machining, drilling and tapping. It is also especially useful for the sawing of solids as much as 6" in diameter as well as tubing almost any size. The need for clean up and disposal are virtually eliminated.

Accu-Lube stick lubricant is a environmentally safe natural-based lubricant stick. It is a ready-to-use stick that is applied to the tool before start-up. It is a natural lubricant in a convenient stick form that can be used on grinding wheels to allow them to cut freely and improve wheel life.

Accu-Lube's new nozzle design for its Near Dry sawing application where the U Nozzles allow the lubricant to be applied from behind the blade on the three sides of the blade. The U Nozzles attach to a two-pump applicator system to split the lubricant, and it applies a smooth coat directly to the cutting edge.
