Double-Spindle Chucker For Small-Size Part Turning
The challenge in turning high-precision, small-size parts resides in the available cutting speed delivered by the equipment, says the company. The double-spindle K65 speed with spindle speeds up to 12,000 rpm is the answer to this demanding application. The acceleration (and deceleration) time to (from) 12,000 rpm clocked less than 1 second is said to permit the precision turning of small parts at a high rate of productivity.
Single Spindle CNC Chuckers
The brochure includes the K45, K90 and K200 CNC chuckers. Features include mobile headstock in X and Z axes, high machining and repetition accuracy. They are said to have long life.
