Landis Threading Systems has extended its range of CNC thread rolling tools by introducing a larger sized tool--the #5 EZ Roller--which is capable of rolling threads from 5/16" to 5/8" or M8 to M16. The tool is designed for rapid, low-cost thread generation with medium to long part runs. It creates a rolled thread with greater strength, improved finish and material savings in a chipless operation that can be produced with conventional CNC equipment.
