Face Driver With A Fixed Center
LMC Workholding's Neidlein FBS MK5 model face driver features a fixed center for high-quality turning and a near-zero runout designed specifically for hard turning and grinding operations. The face driver turns a workpiece from end to end in one operation and eliminated drive dogs, according to the company. The face drivers allow the entire OD of a workpiece to be machined in a single operation, providing increased productivity, quality and cost efficiency while eliminating change-overs, the company says.

Face Drivers With Tight Tolerances
The Neidlein Face Drivers provide tighter tolerances for applications including hard turning, grinding, heavy cuts and other special applications. They feature heavier-duty components and even tighter tolerances between the pins and driver body, which results in parts with better runout and concentricity as well as increased durability of the face driver, according to the company. These face drivers allow the entire OD of the workpiece to be machined in one operation providing increased productivity, quality and cost efficiency while eliminated change-overs, the company says.

Face Drivers And Centers
- Six-page brochure includes information on several face drivers, live and dead centers, mounting adapters, pipe drivers and special applications including face drivers for milling and hobbing .

Chucking System
-The two-page literature sheet features the AJC chucking system-The entire chuck face comes off as a unit, so all three jaws are removed at once and clamping is automatic-A separate plate containing the top jaws for each part can be stored on a rack next to the turning center.
