Multitasking Machine For Automotive Parts
Mazak’s multitasking Hyper Quadrex 100MSY offers high-productivity, high-rigidity and high-efficiency turning and machining, the company says.  The machine features two horizontally opposed spindles, each with a 6” through-hole chuck. The turning spindles each generate 15 hp and 6,000 rpm.

The second spindle has a 5" chuck size, 15-hp output and a 6,000-rpm maximum spindle speed. The additional milling spindle has a 5-hp output and 4,500-rpm maximum speed (6,000 rpm optional).

High-Production CNC Multitasking Center
For high production of chucked workpieces, the Multiplex Triple 8200Y high-production CNC multitasking center featuring two horizontally opposed 8” chuck headstocks with a 12-tool turret for each side and a third lower turret with nine tools that can work with both headstocks. Maximum swing is 12. 6”.

Multitasking Machine Includes Robot
The company's Integrex e-410H, a multi-tasking machine delivering turning, milling, drilling, tapping and other operations in one setup, now contains a material-handling robot. Called the Integrex e-bot Cell 720, it is designed to provide up to 720 hours of automated production or 90 8-hour shifts, nonstop, according to the company.
