Ideal for job shops and OEMs looking to lower production costs and speed turnaround time, TCI¹s premachined blanks feature guaranteed dimensional tolerances and flatness, squareness, and parallelism tolerances held to .0002". 100% outgoing inspection and scratch-resistant package allow you to load the blanks right into your CNC machine without costly and time consuming secondary operations. TCI maintains extensive premachining and machining capabilities including Double-Disc Grinding to 625 sq. in., Blanchard grinding to 120" swing, and Duplex Milling to 12" x 84" x 84". Twenty-six CNC machines are on hand to help with off-load and secondary machining operations and precision sawing capabilities are offered up to 6" x 144" x 144" TCI Precision Metals is a warehouse distributor of Alcoa, Kaiser and Hulamin aluminum sheet, plate, rod, bar, and extrusion.
