Technifor Marking Systems is the world's first manufacturer of Micro-Percussion Direct Part Marking machines for Quality Control & Permanent Tracing. Our 25 years of experience in industrial marking on metallic or plastic parts and our 35,000 machines installed worldwide make us a reliable global supplier of marking & verification solutions for traceability and identification systems. All around the world, our technical teams analyse, install and maintain our Micro-Percussion, scribing or laser equipment, with their automatic OCR character or DataMatrixTM 2D code reading systems. Technifor's success is based on a permanent search for quality (ISO9001 - v2000) and a customer service oriented organisation. We are ready to meet your needs should you require direct part marking on your products, components or identification tags either as part of an in-line process or as a stand-alone bench top machine.

Scribing marking head - The contents of the marking (text, logos, traceability variables, date codes...) are produced by a carbide or diamond stylus which, when activated by compressed air, scribes the surface to be marked.
Laser Marking - In recent years, laser technology has developed rapidly in numerous industries (CD players, laser printing, bar code reading, dimensional inspection, etc...).
Micro-Percussion - Micro-Percussion equipment is available in 4 different configurations to meet even your most exacting production requirements. Select your configuration to discover the right line of Technifor marking machines.
Lasers Go Beyond Making Their Mark
Today the laser plays a vital role in many areas, including research, communication, industry, medicine, environmental care and, of course, manufacturing.
Marking Machine For Easy Parts Identification
The Tecnifor XF500 stand-alone marking machine is said to be easy to use for marking all types of materials and shapes up to a hardness of 62 HRC and features an integrated control unit that operates without computer interface. Designed to be hand loaded, the machine requires no installation or on-site training and is virtually an “unpack and plug-in” marking unit. The large display offers a backlit preview screen that allows the operator to view the text or graphic before printing.
