IMTS Demo Days

Choose from six core technologies to learn and converse about the latest trends within the industry at IMTS Demo Days.

With technology constantly evolving, it can be challenging to keep up with the latest trends. As IMTS – The International Manufacturing Technology Show has always aimed to provide manufacturing education for all, it continues to do that virtually with its IMTS Demo Days on IMTS spark digital platform.

For six consecutive Wednesdays from Feb. 3 to March 10, segments of organized demonstrations from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. CT are inspired by the pavilions (a physical group of related exhibitors) at the in-person IMTS. Participants can not only watch demonstrations of the latest equipment in the industry but also interact with exhibitors during their presentations.

According to AMT – The Association For Manufacturing Technology (IMTS management), each session offers a concentrated learning opportunity that will help machine shops and OEMs find the latest equipment that enables them to better compete in this era of transformation. AMT professionals, as well as editors at Gardner Business Media, also will share their insights gathered from visits to machine shops and OEMs during these Demo Days sessions.

Sessions include the following technology focuses, in chronological order: CNCs, Controls, Systems and Software; Additive Manufacturing; Robots/Automation and Inspection; Tooling and Workholding; Milling and Machining Centers; and Turning/Production Machining. Production Machining’s very own Editor-in-Chief Derek Korn will be a host during the Turning/Production Machining session March 10. Don't miss it!
