Cogsdill Tool Products Inc. has recently acquired the E-Z Burr Tool Co. Cogsdill will continue to operate E-Z Burr as an independent company with production and support of E-Z Burr products continuing from their Michigan facility. The marketing of both company’s products will also continue to be handled via current individual supply chains.
Cogsdill management believes that, by drawing on the strengths of both companies, it will enhance the capability for each company to better serve and support customers worldwide. This acquisition also aligns Cogsdill and E-Z Burr in hole deburring tooling solutions.
