Mastercam Announces Leadership Transition, Acquires FASTech Inc.
Russ Bukowski has been appointed to the position of interim president.
Mastercam announces the appointment of Russ Bukowski as interim president. According to the company, this strategic move leverages Bukowski’s extensive experience and leadership to drive the company forward.
With over 20 years of expertise in strategy, Bukowski is said to be well-equipped to guide Mastercam through this transition and continue its trajectory of success. His ability to create effective strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences will be instrumental in advancing Mastercam’s goals of accelerated growth and innovation.

Additionally, Sandvik announces the acquisition of the business of the American company FASTech, which will become part of Mastercam. The acquisition has been completed as an asset acquisition.
FASTech Inc. is a Mastercam channel partner serving customers in Ohio and eastern Kentucky. By integrating FASTech’s expertise and regional insights, Mastercam says it strengthens its ability to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service to customers in the region.
