The Sita CleanoSpector is a mobile instrument for cleanliness inspection of parts surfaces during the process. According to the company, it detects the slightest traces of residual contamination quickly and reliably by using organic substances such as oils, greases and surfactants to fluoresce when affected by ultraviolet light. The device is said to be especially useful for contact-free inspection and for measuring the layer thickness, such as corrosion protection.
