MetalNox M6319CP from Kyzen is a heavy-duty, low-foam, aqueous alkaline cleaner designed to remove a range of machining and stamping oils from metal parts, including steel and copper alloys, and to provide rust protection. It can be used in both the wash and rinse stages of multi-stage systems, including in both immersion and spray cleaning machines. The cleaner de-emulsifies to enable oils to separate from the wash solution for subsequent removal.

Also a heavy-duty, aqueous alkaline cleaner, Kyzen’s MetalNox M6324US is formulated to remove heavy oils, carbonaceous soils and oxides in ultrasonic and other immersion cleaning systems. It is a non-flammable, corrosive, biodegradable solution that contains no CFCs or HAPs, and is compatible with most construction materials used in industrial parts cleaning systems and processes. MetalNox M6324US also can be diluted further with water.
