The Top X-Files is a 12' magazine, automated bar feed system featuring quick change-over with a bar diameter capacity range of 10 mm to 90 mm (0.314" to 3.543").

The Top Quick-Change System offers fast reconfiguration with adjustable guide channels that are automatically controlled from the user-friendly PLC keyboard for simple and efficient transition between jobs. Change-over time is minimized to seconds with this technology, allowing high-production demands to be met through seamless operations between the Top X-Files and your CNC turning center. The self-centering, automatically adjustable guide channel supports ensure correct product line up, minimized vibration, and allow rapid loading of bars. The bar feed reconfigures in seconds.

The system provides uninterrupted execution, with available multi-level storage areas and a base sliding system, allowing rapid axial repositioning of approximately 31.5".   The bar feed includes options for front ejection or rear extraction of material remnant.
