Fuji Machine’s ANW-3500 fully-automated twin-spindle lathe, designed to integrate with the company’s HM-3400 milling machine, accommodates heavy workloads with a large machine envelope. With both machines equipped with built-in robots, the resulting turning and milling cell combination is suited for automotive, energy, aerospace, construction and agriculture equipment manufacturing. Applications include large hubs and smaller differential cases, as well as disc brakes and rotors, flanges, valves and seats, downhole subs and more.

The ANW-3500’s dual spindles operate at 20 and 25 hp each. An A2-6 spindle nose comes standard, with an A2-8 spindle nose available for larger chucks ranging from 12" to 15". The machine’s swing-arm, dual-hand robot can handle up to 7 kg (15.4 lbs) per side. A longer Z-axis stroke enables longer part lengths.
