The A-36PC machine is a full CNC eight-spindle, flexible production machine. The company says it is completely modular in its planned construction and can be tooled for specific applications and manufacturing criteria and can be upgraded on the customer's floor as needed. 

A technical design has been incorporated into the CNC machine, whereby the electronic connection to each spindle has been integrated. This means that unlike other machine designs available in the market of this category, there are no hard-wired connection cables to drive each spindle motor. This design allows a continuous and ongoing rotation of the machine instead of only making a minimum complete revolution and then needing to unwind in the reverse because of cables and their hard connections. The CNC design has completely eliminated these hard connections and this permits the machine to continue its complete revolutions uninterrupted and without the downtime associated with the unwinding process, the company says.   

According to the company, other features of this machine include a 36-mm diameter material capacity; a 4,000 rpm spindle; a granite base for high rigidity; a separate chip and coolant system behind the machine to help eliminate chips from building up in the machine base and to allow for cooler temperature of cutting fluids; eight individual CNC endworking units to allow for high flexibility; eight individual CNC cross slides; an idle time of less than 1 second; and a modular design, which is said to permit the addition of up to 23 programmable axes and six independent spindle speeds.
