Hard jaws from Dillon Manufacturing Inc. are designed to center the workpiece and grip it equally with each jaw. They feature diamond serrations that penetrate and drive the workpiece down, reducing part slippage and push back from using a bar feeder.

The jaws are made with 8620 steel, case hardened and coated with black oxide for corrosion resistance to provide long life and precision with ground locating services. They are available in different mounting configurations including serrated, T&G, Acme and square serrated types to fit various brands of chucks. The jaws feature multiple radiuses for both inside and outside clamping, making them useful for any size run. In addition to standard jaw designs, the company also offers custom, special or modified hard jaws.
