Ibarmia ZVH 55 L2200

The ZVH 55/L2200 multitasking turning and milling machine from Ibarmia with fixed table and moving column architecture is designed for a variety of work. X-, Y- and Z-axis travels measure 2,200 × 800 × 1,100 mm, respectively. The NC tilting head, driven by torque technology and 9,000-Nm hydraulic breaks, provides a motion range of ±105 degrees. The machine is equipped with a 12,000-rpm HSK A-100 (74-kW) milling spindle.

As a horizontal multitasking lathe, the machine features a 400-mm chuck, with 32" (800-mm) swing and length of 2,200 mm. It is capable of handling 1,400-kg workpieces with tailstock. The machine provides 50 kW of power, 2,000 rpm and 820 Nm of torque for turning in this configuration.

As a vertical multitasking lathe, the machine provides a 32" (800-mm) diameter plate and swing of 47" (1,200), with a maximum workpiece weight of 2,000 kg. It can turn parts in this configuration at 500 rpm.

As a five-axis milling machine, the machine can handle workpieces weighing 3,000 kg on its 32" (800-mm) plate, with swing of 47" (1,200 mm).
