Lexair Inc.’s Unload Pro 80-1200 unloads subspindle length solid or tubing finished parts as wide as 80 mm (3.15") diameter and as long as 1.2 m (48"). Subspindle extensions are also available. The unloader features an incline adjustable part storage magazine that is as deep as 1 m (40") for parts that can touch after unloading. If the parts have a delicate finish or will not roll, an index conveyor is available. The standard unload configuration is an extraction rod equipped with an O.D. or I.D. collet, other unload clamp methods are available. If the part surface is delicate, an unload tube fitted with nylon bushings swallows the part to protect the surface while unloading. The unloader is programmable to gently and quickly unload parts in a controlled manner and shifts axially to enable easy spindle liner change, according to the company. The unloader is applicable for CNC lathes or retrofit to existing CNC lathes.
