This bar feeder includes advanced technology, including two-position, automatic, hydrostatic front stabilizer with v-shaped guiding elements that dampen residual vibration between the front of the bar feeder and the back of the spindle; high-speed headstock synchronization system directly connected to the servodrive to eliminate transmission delay for perfect synchronization between the pusher and headstock; high capacity, 10.6” deep magazine tray for long, unattended, lights-out production; 1-minute setup with automatic adjustment of pushing torque, forward speed and feeding length by entering shape, diameter and feed-out length into the user-friendly HMI.
