Multi-spindle lathe experts at Wickman are giving real-time demonstrations of their machinery in the company’s booth. Also, machines on display include the 11 axis 6-44 CNC multi, with two-axis cross slides station 3, 4 and 5, two-axis upper independent end working slides, ballscrew control of main center tool block; 1¾ - 6 classic plc, featuring electrical system with frequency control inverter with plc interface. A mechanical “no cam” multi-spindle screw machine features flexibility over speed and feed, plus OSHA benefits of fully enclosed guarding and acoustic cover safety features. Cucchi BLT multi-spindle bar loader, complete with rack or bundle loading and capable of less than 30-second load time, is also on display. Part prints are welcome.
