Smile Presetter Adds Software Packages
The Zoller Smile presetting and measuring machine has three software packages that include functions needed for tool inspection and a variety of options for exchanging data with the machine and allows operators to create tool data and manage parts lists and setup sheets.
The Zoller Smile presetting and measuring machine is now available with three software packages: Inspector, Communicator and Commander. The Inspector software package includes functions needed for tool inspection. The Communicator software package provides a variety of options for exchanging data with the machine. The combination of software functions in Commander allows operators to create tool data and manage parts lists and setup sheets, which is the basis for professional tool management.
