Takumi H10

The Takumi H10 double-column machining center features a 15,000-rpm inline spindle with a Big Plus Cat 40 taper. The H series is designed for parts requiring high speed and accuracy with good surface finish. The machine’s X, Y and Z travels measure 40.16" × 27.56" × 19.69". The H10 is equipped with a FANUC 31i-MB control with 1-GB data server.

The machine has a rigid and thermally stable double-column design to support applications in the die/mold and aerospace industries. The ladder design of the bridge provides greater support for the head casting, and extra-wide door openings facilitate loading and unloading. Optional accessories include a ballscrew cooling system, CAT3-compliance package, chip conveyor and cart, and part and tool probe measurement systems.
