Tipton Machinery Co.’s Mycenter-HX250iG horizontal machining center features a high-speed 15,000-rpm spindle and five-axis option. The machine includes a 50-tool, fixed pot ATC, high-speed 60 meters per minute (2,362 ipm) rapid feed rate. Also included is an integral motor-driven four-axis 300 rpm rotary table, which enables the ability to add an optional 10-station pallet pool and 102T magazine in the field demonstrating lean manufacturing capabilities, according to the company.
