Centrifugal System Recycles Fluids for Aqueous Parts Washers
Sanborn Technologies’ T14-3AQ centrifugal bath purification system features a stainless steel, three-phase centrifuge for separating tramps oils and solids from washer chemicals in aqueous bath solutions.

Small Automatic Centrifuge
The Turbo-Separator T15-2 is an automatic solids discharging centrifuge that recycles grinding and polishing fluids by removing particles from 1 to 10 micron entrained in the fluid. The centrifuge has a process rate of as much as 25 gpm with a solids removal rate of more than 100 pounds/shift of sludge or swarf. Systems are designed for use with a single CNC or inline with a large central manufacturing cell.

Centrifuge Removes Solids From Coolants And Oils
The Turbo-Separator T14RCS is a filtration system for fine grinding that filters, and purifies oils and coolants by removing the fine micron particulate entrained in the fluid. The centrifuge has a processing rate of up to 40 gpm with a solids removal capacity of up to 22 lbs of sludge before the need for changing the liner. The low-profile dirty and clean tank is designed to receive fluids via gravity directly from the machine tool.

Centrifuge Removes Fine Grinding Solids
The Turbo-separator T22/RCS is a complete filtration system that recycles grinding and polishing fluids by removing the fine micron particles entrained in the fluid. The centrifuge has a process rate of up to 40 gpm with a solids removal capacity of up to 22 lbs of sludge before changing the liner. The RCS system includes a low-profile dirty and clean tank designed to receive dirty fluids via gravity, and the clean tank includes a multi-pass design, overflow protection and a supply pump for the return of cleaned fluid to the machine tool.

Automatic Centrifuge Removes Solids
The Turbo Separator T40-2 is an automatic solids discharging centrifuge for cleaning oils without the use of filter media. The centrifuge removes the 1-10 micron particles generated in fine grinding applications and has a process rate of up to 40 gpm with a solids removal rate of up to 44 pounds per hour. Systems are designed for use with a single CNC or in-line with central manufacturing cells.

Centrifuge System Purifies Cold Heading Oils
Removing the solids in a forming machine helps maintain the original viscosity of the oil. As the viscosity increases, so does the oil consumption with the carry-out on each part.  The Turbo-separator T5b centrifuge on a forming machine allows the oil to flow continuously via gravity into the centrifuge where the dirty fluid is spun at 3,000 rpm and the fine solids are removed.

Centrifuge System Removes Sludge From Washers
The company has introduced the T10-3AQ centrifuge system that removes solids such as iron phosphate, dirt and oil from parts washer baths. Producing a separation force of more than 1,100 gravities, the stainless steel components of the centrifuge can operate within a pH range of 2 to 12 and at temperatures up to 180°F. The unit features a removable liner that is said to be easily cleaned and designed to produce a dry solids cake.
