Haimer’s Tool Dynamic TD Comfort Machine for Easy, Quick Changes

Haimer designed its Tool Dynamic TD Comfort machine to counteract the effects of imbalance for toolholder assemblies at higher spindle speeds. As a result, the company says users get better cutting performances, achieve high-speed cutting (HSC) or utilize Trochoidal Milling programming strategies, and guarantee economic production in modern machining operations using the CNC machine’s total capacity.

To keep the balancing time fast, quickly and accurately, the Tool Dynamic TD Comfort uses Haimer’s high-precision spindle universal adapter system with automatic clamping for all standard tooling systems, tapers and grinding wheels. Users can attain the highest measuring accuracy and repeatability between operators to the next, the company says. It is equipped with a PC, keyboard, mouse and monitor for fast input of tool data and with uncomplicated graphical software to correct the unbalance with the help of a milling program.
