Matching workholding to Dillon Manufacturing’s large-diameter (15" to 60") chucks is said to enable faster setups. Standard configurations to fit different chuck manufacturers, sizes of hard or soft top jaws, and full grip (pie) jaws are available. The jaws are available in 1018, 1045, 4140, 8620, A-2 and 6061 aluminum as well as stainless steel.

Jaws with extra height or width can be manufactured to customer specification using a fill-in-the-blank quote format. The company’s standard and custom chuck jaws, collet pads and jaws are especially useful for high-speed machining, as well as precision boring, tapping, drilling and finishing, according to the company.
