Mill 1, a line of indexable insert end mills that can increase productivity, offered in diameters from 0.97" to 8", was designed specifically to deliver high-performance pocketing and hole drilling. It also is said to offer at least a 30 percent increase in maximum rotational speed, enabling productivity gains when cutting softer materials, such as aluminum and plastics. The cutters are also capable of producing square shoulders to close tolerances.
