Mounting Machine Tool Sumps
The Keller TKO-6 compact pump/skimmer for individual machine tool sumps can now by instantly mounted off the shopfloor on the machine tool using the new CLO-1 magnetic frame, a major benefit for space-conscious shops. TKO pump/skimmers rapidly remove tramp oil and suspended solids from the coolant and aerate the coolant by continuous recirculation at high flow rate, using a rugged high flow rate1/2" air-operated diaphragm pump. To set up a TKO separator on the CLO-1 frame, position the magnetic frame on the machine tool, no hardware required, and place the separator in the frame. Then connect a 1/4" compressed air line, an inlet hose and an outlet hose.
