Retrofit Kits For Automatic Screw Machines
Cyclo-Index retrofit kits are designed to increase production and reduce cost on automatic screw machines. The Spindle Carrier indexing kits, Hi/Lo "Posi-Drive" kits and self-adjusting threading clutch kits are available. The indexing kit was developed for easy retrofit of the slower, less efficient Geneva mechanism.
This allows up to 33 percent faster indexing and at the same time reduces wear and tear on the machine. Hi/Lo "Posi-Drive" kits and threading clutch kits replace the old Acme mechanical clutches and eliminate the band brake and related linkages. The clutches can deliver more than twice the torque capacity and provide positive shifting and a constant cycle with minimal upkeep.

Laser Technology "Turns" into a Turning Tool
This new technology uses a laser to act as a cutting tool to "turn" parts from solid barstock. This high-speed precision turning machine is especially useful for micromachining, enabling high accuracy for small, complex parts that are often delicate and difficult to machine when implementing conventional turning processes.
