Vericut 7.1 CNC machine simulation and optimization software features enhancements to reduce the time required for manufacturing engineers to develop, analyze, inspect and document the CNC programming and machining process. CGTech developers and engineers focused on addressing hundreds of customer-driven enhancements.
 
Version 7.1 contains more than 400 customer requests and further improvements to the software’s user interaction, simulation capabilities and analysis, cutting tool creation and CAD/CAM integration. Enhancements include Project Tree improvements; the ability to import CAD solid models of inserts and holders; new features in the Tool Manager; the addition of Vericut Reviewer; the ability to customize report templates; new feature for collision checking; and more.
 

The software now supports material removal for gear hobbing and synchronizes the tool spindle with part spindle.
