The Precision Machined Products Association’s (PMPA) 78th Annual Meeting is coming to Texas Hill Country, October 21-25, 2011. The scenic Barton Creek Resort & Spa, Austin, Texas, will host this year’s conference. Barton Creek is an AAA 4-Diamond property and rated by Golf Digest as one of the “top 100 resorts in North America.”

Beyond its fabulous golf, the city of Austin is known as the “Live Music Capital of the World.” Live bands from around the world flock to Austin to perform, and music can be heard day and night, 7 days a week. The downtown area offers not only an array of music choices, but a wonderful selection of unique shops and restaurants as well.

Austin also boasts more than 300 days of sunshine per year with average daily temperatures of 81 degrees for the high and 60 degrees for the low during October. Texas Hill Country is the perfect setting for all sorts of outdoor activities, and with more than 200 parks to choose from, there’s plenty of wide open space to explore.

Conference attendees will not only have a chance to enjoy all that Austin has to offer, but they’ll
also take advantage of a solid business program featuring presentations from the following business leaders:
