The annual Parts Cleaning Conference (PCC) is set for Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2022, at the McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois, 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. This year, the PCC is co-located with the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS). Registration for the conference includes complimentary access to all the IMTS exhibit halls.

Since its debut in 2010, the PCC has become the leading manufacturing and industrial parts cleaning forum focused solely on delivering quality technical information in the specialized field of machined parts cleaning. Providing guidance and training to understand the recognized sets of standards for industrial cleaning, the conference showcases industry experts who present educational sessions on the latest and most pressing topics affecting manufacturing facilities today.

The 2022 PCC program is organized into four distinct learning tracks, including Solvents and Chemistry, Technology and Process, Analysis and Special Applications, and Challenging Substrates. There are a total of 16 presentations, four per track, which attendees may select based on what is most beneficial to their goals.

Registrants will have access to the presentation materials of all the sessions at the conclusion of the conference. Each of the four tracks also feature a generalized summary Q&A session to encourage participants to openly discuss the information presented during the courses and provide supplemental feedback and perspective.

In addition to presenting the educational information during the day, the PCC hosts an informal networking luncheon and cocktail reception. Both are designed to create a relaxed atmosphere where cleaning professionals can speak freely to one another about the challenges they face and the successes they achieve. These networking events are also shaped to provide ample opportunity for cleaning professionals to make new business connections and bolster existing relationships — all with the objective of increasing efficiencies in their organizations.

“I am very excited about the upcoming Parts Cleaning Conference co-located with the one-of-a-kind IMTS in Chicago,” says Darren Williams, PCC Conference co-chairperson. “We have a full-day, dual-track agenda of expert speakers who will help advance a company’s cleaning results.”
