Rego-Fix’s PowRgrip clamping solution is comprised of PG toolholders and clamping collets for use in a manual or automatic mini-press. These toolholders and collets are said to match or exceed the clamping forces of shrink-fit holders.
The heat-free clamping process can be completed in less than 10 seconds and offers low runout and vibration dampening in addition to long tool life as compared to shrink-fit and hydro-chuck systems.
