MaxCut 360 from Metal Resource Solutions is a blend of CDA 360 brass rivaling high-quality European material. According to the company, the material meets the ASTM B16-10 standard and supplied in coil form is especially useful on Escomatic screw machines to manufacture a variety of Swiss parts.
The company says that this material enables a higher machining speed with improved chip breakage when compare to standard CDA 360 materials. Additionally, the material is said to improve machinability, surface finish, enable consistent quality and diameter tolerances.
