Soluble Oil Metalworking Fluids
Cimcool's Cimperial fluid line consists of soluble oil products designed for heavy-duty machinery and grinding on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The fluids offer long fluid life, corrosion protection, high lubricity, low foaming characteristics and excellent rancidity control, the company says. Three of the Cimperial fluids have been reformulated into advanced-technology "Z" metalworking fluids: Cimperial 1060CFZ, 1080CFZ and HD265Z.

Liquid Cleaning Compounds And Corrosion Inhibitors
The Cimclean M Series--MA 338, 359 and 360--is a line of liquid cleaning compounds and corrosion inhibitors designed for use in high-pressure production spray washers to remove coolants, machining fluids and honing oils from machined metal surfaces. The family of floor cleaners--FC 35, 42, 44, 46, 60 and 79--are designed for use in mechanical floor scrubbers to remove grease, oil and shop dirt from concrete, wood block, terrazzo and vinyl floor tiles. They also clean metals, plastics, finished wood and most painted surfaces.

Multipurpose Metalworking Fluid
The multipurpose metalworking fluid, Cimperial 1070, is a soluble oil for applications such as turning, drilling, tapping, reaming, gear cutting, broaching, centerless grinding, ID grinding and more. The fluid is for use with carbon steels, high speed steel, cast steels, alloy steels, tool steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, bronze, brass and copper, according to the company. The fluid is said to have excellent corrosion control and contains mineral oil to provide physical lubricity and a chlorinated extreme pressure additive to generate lubricity.

Multi-Purpose Metalworking Fluid
Cimperial 1070 premium soluble oil can be used for turning, drilling, tapping, reaming, gear cutting, broaching, centerless grinding, ID grinding and more. Because it's formulated for all operations, users are said to save on reduced storage, handling, mixing, charging, makeup and maintenance costs. As a product for both individual machine sumps and central systems, the fluid is said to be ideal for use with carbons steels, high-speed steel, cast steels, alloy steels, tool steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, bronze, brass and copper metals.
